Sliding Fee Program

VNA’s Visit Program was established to provide skilled nursing, therapy and support services to patients with acute health problems. These visits are partially funded by Tulsa Area United Way with additional funding from: Insurance, Worker’s Compensation, Advantage, CHAMPUS, and Veteran’s Administration. The United Way monies are used to subsidize care to patients with limited resources. Donations in the form of supplies and dressings are always appreciated.
